Payment Methods Cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. If you are interested in applying for financing, please follow this link to our financing department. We have access to over 150 Credit Unions in Colorado so that you have access to the most Financial Institutions and the best rates. All funds must be in US dollars only. Deposit In order to hold the vehicle the buyer will submit a deposit of 25% within 2 business days of signing the buyers agreement. Failure to do so will effectively void the transaction and the car will be available for sale. The deposit is fully refundable if the buyer cancels the sale in 48 hours. After that the deposit will be held on a case by case basis depending on the terms of the sale. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the execution of the buyers order. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes To the sale of each vehicle there will be a $349.00 dealer fee added to the sale price. Buyers in the state of Colorado are responsible for sales tax; Colorado state is 2.9%, RTD is 1.2%. (See the DMV website for your particular county to see if you are applicable). Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. Call us at (303)413-8200 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If we have arranged to ship the vehicle to you (or your specified location), we must receive the balance in full before the vehicle leaves the lot. Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you and we have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Buyers Inspection Go Motors welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you contact us prior to the sale. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Warranty This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties are available; please contact us for details to go over our warranty options. We offer extended warranties for up to 6 years 100,000 miles bumper to bumper. This warranty is transferable and refundable. If a warranty is not stated in the text of the ad the following applies: The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Notice to Bidders We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Negative Feedback Bidders We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. |
